Warby Parker

During a sales cycle with Warby Parker, I aimed to show that Oracle is not the old-school corporate giant of the past. I worked to demonstrate to Warby Parker that I understood their unique approach to customer experience and product, as seen in their “Scout” contact lens brand and their fascination with Jack Kerouac.

We took an approach that mirrored the Warby Parker brand and prioritized interpersonal communication. We created a white-glove experience using engaging on-screen graphics to make the content feel personal, and referenced Jack Kerouac to demonstrate that we listened. Offering multiple designs and conducting feedback sessions resulted in a feel-good approach that enhanced Oracle’s relationship with Warby Parker.
